Every order ships with tracking. Once your parcel is on its way, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door. Orders within Ireland and the EU have no additional charges. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your local customs authority — these are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices. Once an order leaves us, delivery is in the hands of the carrier. We can't be responsible for delays caused by the postal service, customs, or weather, but we'll always help you chase a parcel that's running late. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, or your parcel appears lost in transit, email us within 14 days and we'll work with the carrier to sort it out. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, though we'll do our best to help if you contact us quickly.
