Does it actually do anything? Is this one of those 'energy' bracelets?
No — and we'd never claim it does. We make zero health or energy claims. CAIRN is a well-made daily object and a quiet cue to stand up straight; nothing mystic. Most men simply find the weight and the ritual of it are worth it on their own.
What is it made of?
Polished matte hematite beads with a deep gunmetal sheen, on a durable clasp-free elastic core. 10mm faceted beads, roughly 38g — substantial without being heavy. Each piece is hand-finished.
Sizing & fit
Is it for men only?
It's designed around a men's wrist and a masculine, understated look — but there's no rule. If the fit and feel suit you, it's yours.
How do I find my size?
The clasp-free stretch design fits most wrists between 6.5″ and 8.5″. Wrap a tape measure (or a strip of paper) around your wrist — if you land in that range, the standard size is for you.
What if it doesn't fit?
Exchanges are free within 30 days. Email us and we'll sort a different size — no fuss.
Is there more than one size?
One standard size covers the large majority of men thanks to the stretch core. If you're well outside 6.5″–8.5″, email us before ordering and we'll advise.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 1–2 business days. Delivery then typically takes 7–14 business days, tracked the whole way. Ireland: free tracked shipping. Rest of EU: €12.95. International: €19.95.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — worldwide, with tracking. Duties for non-EU destinations may apply depending on your country.
Will it arrive in time for a gift?
Delivery takes 7–14 business days, so for a specific date, order with a bit of room to spare. You'll get tracking so you can keep an eye on it — and when in doubt, email us.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You've 30 days. If it's not for you, send it back unworn, with the tags on and in its original packaging, for a refund. EU buyers also have a 14-day cooling-off period.
Do returns cover gifts?
Yes — the 30-day return window applies to gifts too.
How do refunds work?
Email support@wearcairn.com, send the bracelet back, and we refund to your original payment method once it's on its way back to us.
Care
Is it waterproof?
Yes — shower, swim, and sweat in it. The hematite is tarnish-proof and the core is durable. A quick towel-dry after heavy salt-water keeps it at its best.
How do I keep it looking new?
Almost nothing required. Wipe it with a dry cloth now and then, and avoid harsh chemical cleaners, which can dull any polished stone.
